Maintenance and Condition of your Property. This is our first
priority. Upon instruction, a comprehensive report is prepared detailing
the condition of the property. During each tenancy, regular inspections of
your property are performed. Further inspections are performed on each
change of tenancy. (Not available with Tenant Introduction Service).
